I am privileged, as Founder Trustee to present Cresmonde World School to the city of Kalyan. With a thoroughly researched curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities, we envisage a truly happy learning journey for the learner. The amalgamation of Finnish pedagogy with Indian philosophy gives pupils a decided edge. Mr. Tobias Elgh
Tobias Elgh is a seasoned global business leader with a proven track record of driving growth in the education sector, particularly within the innovative Finnish education landscape. Throughout his 20+ year career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on the internationalization of Finland’s education SAAS companies. In his recent roles, he has been instrumental in propelling Finnish education solutions onto the global stage. Currently, he is Chief Commercial Officer at Seppo.io, and from 2020 to 2022, he held the same position at New Nordic Schools. In these roles, he spearheaded commercial strategies that expanded market reach and amplified the impact of Finnish educational approaches. His dedication is further evidenced by his previous leadership position as CEO of SANAKO Corporation (2011-2020), where he drove success in the education technology field.
Mr. Ajit Balan
Ajit Balan is a print media professional specializing in Sales and Distribution, currently heading the Sales and Distribution team of The Hindu group of publications in Mumbai City. A passionate educator for the past two decades, he has experienced every facet of the educational system. Ajit Balan is the Honorary Secretary and a Governing Council member of the Cosmopolitan Educational Society, which imparts education to more than 8,000 students from KG to PG. He is also a Governing Council member of PUSMA (Private Unaided School Management Association) and ECA (Early Childhood Awareness). He also serves on the Board of Advisors for two NGOs: Parisar Asha and Sanskriti Arts. Regarding his educational qualifications, Ajit Balan is a graduate in History and English Literature from Mumbai University. He also holds a diploma in Public Relations from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and an Executive Management post-certification in Media Management from Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA).
Mrs. Reetu Duggal
Reetu Duggal is an experienced academician, thinker, leader, motivational speaker, institution builder, and self-motivated educator with a demonstrated history of working in the educational industry in a senior leadership position. With over 25 years of experience in the educational field, she is passionate about providing quality education to all students and is committed to developing a strong, supportive school community. She strongly believes in the training and mentorship of teacher facilitors an expert in creating, streamlining, and documenting processes for the successful operation of educational institutes in the K12 segment. She is well-versed in statutory rules for affiliation to various boards, as well as local government requirements. A literature and art aficionado, she takes an active interest in co-curricular activities such as concerts, debates, and quizzes. As an innovative educator with a solution-oriented mindset and exposure to modern educational practices, she possesses foresight and a broad vision. She successfully spearheaded the plan for her school’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification and has successfully established three schools, including her current one. Mr. Sharat Chandra K

Mr. Samit Shukla
Samit Shukla, an eminent solicitor at DSK Legal, is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai. He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He is a keen observer of the evolution of laws regulating real estate, private equity, securities, and corporate law in India. He has rich experience advising a host of clients in different jurisdictions on matters related to real estate, corporate, infrastructure, environment, securities and private equity litigation. His expertise lies in providing strategic legal advice to property developers, property owners, government undertakings including New Town Development Authorities. He advises clients in litigation, especially those related to joint ventures and private equity investments. He also advises and strategizes litigations for financial institutions, NBFCs’ funds, and a plethora of other institutions. He has assisted and advised clients in international commercial arbitrations under various arbitration institutions such as ICC, SAIC, and LCIA. A top corporate executive with a highly decorated career graph, Ravi Dighe has amassed a wealth of experience over the last 35 years. At the pinnacle of his career, he worked with Aptech Ltd. for 17 long years and retired from Aptech as their Executive Vice President. He has been a guiding force behind the “Global Operations” of Aptech through a network of over 1000 centres in 40 countries across the globe. Business development, designing, and launching new products and revenue streams have been his forte. Ms. Nanette Dsa
25+ years experience with international brands like Disney, Mattel, Star TV, and leading Indian brands like Esselworld, Pre-schools with Brainworks, Education Expansion in K12 Schools, and Chairperson and Independent Director on Boards of leading listed companies. An MBA from NMIMS with an international EDP certification from Northwestern University and a certified Independent Director with IICA.
